At Snackytreats.in, we offer Freossi Snacky pet treats, which require strict quality and safety standards. Hence, our return policy is limited.
Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India (Pan India).
Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns on any products once delivered.
However, a replacement or refund will only be provided in the following cases:

You received the wrong product, or

The product delivered is expired or near expiry, or

The product is damaged in transit
Reporting an Issue
If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Resolution
Once verified:

We will offer a replacement of the correct product, or

A full refund, if a replacement is not possible
Refunds
If a refund is approved:

It will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount
